Application Process:

We will only be accepting applications for our waiting list between June 1 and January 31st.

 

To apply for membership at KSC, please follow this process:

 

  1. Click here for the Wait List application.

  2. Once you fill out and submit the registration, please make sure to send the $25 wait list fee to the Pool at PO Box 812, Havertown, PA 19083. You will not be placed on the wait list until the $25 fee is received.

  3. Members must reside in Haverford Township.

  4. The Swim Club is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day

  5. The average wait after you send in the fee with a completed application is approximately four summers.

  6. New Bonds are issued typically between March and May each year.

  7. IT IS THE APPLICANT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO INFORM THE MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE ABOUT CONTACT INFORMATION CHANGES. CLICK HERE TO EMAIL YOUR CHANGE TO THE MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE.

Change in contact information - Current members and people on our waiting list must notify Karakung by email if any of their contact information changes. Click here to email the membership committee.
 

Important Information for Selling your Bond:

If you are interested in turning in your bond this season, please mail your request in writing with your family name, address and bond number (membership number) to: Karakung Swim Club , PO Box 812, Havertown, PA 19083. All requests must be submitted in writing and mailed.  Bonds will be sold and refunds processed in the order they are received."
